eligibility:

Serves families that earn too much money to qualify for Medicaid but can't afford private insurance; must be under 19 years of age or be a primary caregiver with a child under the age of 19, are not covered by health insurance, be a US Citizen, national or permanent Resident, be a Texas Resident and make $1616 monthly for a 1 adult (plus children) household & $2186 monthly for a two adult one.
